It will mainly seek
investment partners of national capital, and recyclers willing to integrate
into the production process of the organization.
In my company we only
have the president, who in this case is the one who is the author of the
proposal for the creation of this company.
From the outset, it
was sought to integrate recyclers into the production process. This is done in
order to provide them with a better lifestyle, a stable job with all the
benefits that this brings, and offer the opportunity to belong to an
organization where they are not employees but shareholders of the same. The
advantage that this brings is having the wide knowledge and vast experience
they have over this industry, enriching the knowledge of the organization.
